At Lorenco, we’re committed to making sure every customer is taken care of.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once an order has been processed and shipped.
However, we will gladly assist in the following cases:
- The item arrives damaged
- The wrong item was received
- The order was not delivered
